Refund policy

Because each pair of socks is handmade (and many are customized), I cannot accept returns.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I do want you to be completely happy with your sparkle socks! I'm happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution.
